Pre-Registration is Open!

Event Details

The event is limited to 90 Tesla vehicles (on track). Additional slots will be available for volunteers.

This limit does not apply to the actual number of attendees.  Any number of passengers / guests may register with a single Tesla to attend the event without affecting this limit.

Pre-Registration includes the following:

  • Access to Friday night Meet and Greet

  • Guaranteed 4 track sessions per vehicle (pre-registers only)

    • Event Restrictions:

      • Children under 14 are not allowed during the track event. Dinner is permitted.

      • All passengers / guests must be at least 14 years old.

      • All drivers must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.

      • All vehicles must have current and valid insurance.

      • All participants / guests are required to sign a liability waiver.

      • Consumption of alcohol/drugs is not permitted during the track event.

  • Buffet Lunch at the track       

  • Saturday night dinner (TBD)

Not included:

  • Alcoholic beverages at Friday night Meet and Greet or at Saturday’s dinner

Registration Costs

Pre-Registration (Closes at Midnight Central Time Feb 15th, 2019)

Requires a non-refundable $50 deposit per vehicle, which will be applied to the total cost at registration.

  • Driver (with car) = $275

  • Passengers / Additional Drivers / Guests = $150 (Passengers must be at least 14 years old to have access to the track grounds)

Regular Registration (Opens TBD and closes July 1st, 2019) 

  • Driver (with car) = $300

  • Passengers / Additional Drivers / Guests = $175 (Passengers must be at least 14 years old to have access to the track grounds)

Event Pre-Registration ($50 non-refundable deposit)

All attendees who pre-register and complete payment prior to July 1st, 2019 will be guaranteed a spot.  Anyone who pre-registers and does not complete payment by July 1st, 2019 may be denied event access and will lose their deposit.

Wait!!!! Read this before you Pre-Register

While we have event insurance as required by the track, this insurance does not cover damage to the track that may be caused by vehicles leaving the track unexpectedly. All participants will be required to pay for any damage their vehicle causes to the track area prior to leaving on the day of the event. To that end, we wanted to make you aware of possible additional charges you may incur should you unexpectedly leave the track or lose control of your vehicle. Track charges are listed, but not limited to the following:

  • Guard Rail: 12-foot Section - $ 200; 20-foot Section - $ 400; Damaged Uprights - $ 25; End Caps - $ 45

  • Oil Dry: $ 15 per Bag (probably not an issue for a Tesla)

  • Cold Fire: $ 25 per Bottle

  • Jersey Barrier: $ 350 each Section

  • Tire Bundles: $ 175 per Bundle

  • Styrofoam Barrier: $ 250 each Section

  • Brake Markers: $ 25 each Marker

  • Tire Belting: $4 per Foot + $100 per Hour Labor (3 people)

  • Apex Cones: $ 10 each Cone

  • Purple K Fire Extinguisher: $ 300 Recharging

We use PayPal, so this will require a PayPal account to complete pre-registration. If you do not have a PayPal account and do not wish to set one up please contact to make alternate arrangements for payment.


  • Final payment and registration details will be requested separately via email later this spring and will be required to complete your registration.

  • All payments must be received by July 1st, 2019. Registration numbers will be applied in the order payments are received.

  • Registration will close on July 1st, 2019, or earlier if the maximum vehicle limit is met.

  • Reservations (minus Pre-Registration deposit) are refundable until July 1st, 2019. No refunds will be issued after July 1st, 2019. 

INclement Weather POLICY

Rain does not constitute adverse weather; however, in the event of snow or severe weather rendering the track unusable (at the track’s discretion), the Event may be rescheduled (at the tracks’s discretion), as the track’s calendar permits. Refunds will not be given but registrations may be transferred to another vehicle if you cannot make the new date.

Message from the Organizers

We do not do this to make money.  The funds requested for this event will be used to pay for the event and dinner, as we must commit to the number of attendees and pay for that number up front. So payment and registration the day of the event is just not possible.  Because of this we cannot offer refunds after July 1st.  However,  your registration fee minus deposit is refundable up until that date. Thank you for understanding.
